Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results however, due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees.
We do require a Booking Fee deposit of (Your amount) in order to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all Booking Fee deposits are non-refundable. The Booking Fee deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your Booking Fee deposit.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

A minimum of 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty to re-schedule (your Booking Fee deposit is still forfeited due to being by appointment only). If you are feeling sick within the 48-hour period we ask you please reschedule and provide us with a doctor's note so that we can transfer your Booking Fee deposit.

If cancelling or rescheduling of the same appointment occurs more than once, it will be treated the same as a cancelled/missed appointment and will be subjected to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment requests. 

If you cancel less than 72 business hours (3 business days) before your appointment, you will be charged the entire service price.​​ 

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file. You may reschedule your appointment for another date however, it will be the first available appointment which could be weeks/months out.

Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your Booking Fee deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new Booking Fee deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment.

A minimum of 2 appointments are recommended to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve desired results and will be charged accordingly.

Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of traveling and/or special circumstances.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

(Services) Cancellation Policies:

A non-refundable Booking Fee is required to book every new appointment. Having a card on file is required. The Booking Fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment which is due the day of your appointment. Remaining balance must be paid in full. Balance can be paid in CASH OR CARD ONLY at your scheduled appointment. 

Due to healing processes, schedules book out a few months in advance. We try to accommodate as best as possible to try to get you rescheduled if needed. Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your Service Provider, but other clients as well. 

We ask that you please arrive for your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, Glam By Selena reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your Booking Fee WILL NOT be refunded. A new Booking Fee deposit will be needed to rebook. This is to keep our schedule on track and to be fair to everyone. Please take account of traffic and road closures, so you can arrive on time.

CORRECTIVE OR EXISTING TATTOO WORK

Return policy:

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging. In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

Damages & Defective Items:

All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Sales tax is applicable to all orders shipped within Georgia and is 7%.

Payment:

All products remain Glam By Selena Cosmetics property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Glam By Selena Cosmetics.

All transfers conducted through Glam By Selena Cosmetics are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Force Majeure:

Events outside Glam By Selena Cosmetics control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Glam By Selena Cosmetics is released from Glam By Selena Cosmetics obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Limitation of Liability:

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

In no case shall Glam By Selena Cosmetics, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Glam By Selena Cosmetics and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

At the event of when a product is sold out, Glam By Selena Cosmetics has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Glam By Selena Cosmetics shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
