A verifiable consumer request means a request that is made by a consumer, by a consumer on behalf of a consumer’s minor child, or a person registered with the Secretary of State that is authorized to act on the consumer's behalf. Your verifiable consumer request must include (1) sufficient information that allows us to verify your identity or provides sufficient authority to make the request; and (2) describes you request with enough detail to evaluate and respond to your request.
